Emergency Procedures

Emergency Procedures

Manage your emergency plans, personnel and uploaded documents.

Instructions:

• Emergency Documents, Fire Drill Records and Rescue from Heights Plans are grouped into Company Sites and Other / Client Sites.
• When you open a database section, Company Sites are open at the top and Other / Client Sites are closed underneath. Both groups can be opened or closed.
• Use the one search and sort row at the top to find sites or records across all three saved sections. Site rows can also be opened or closed to show their records.
• Empty Other / Client Sites are hidden by default. Use Show empty sites inside each Other / Client Sites header to reveal them. Company Sites always remain listed.
• Head Office is always a Company Site. Existing non-Head Office sites without a saved site type are treated as Other / Client Sites.
• Level 2 and above can complete Fire Drill and Rescue from Heights forms.
• Emergency Plan & Procedures and Emergency Personnel & Contacts are Level 3+ only living PDFs — open the tab, save, then press PDF to save the latest copy here.
• Upload Doc is Level 3+ only.
• Use Approve on draft Fire Drill and Rescue rows to open the form for checking/signing before approval.
• Only Rescue from Heights records can be emailed from this page.
• Draft records are labelled Draft. Approved records show their saved PDF.
• Delete is Level 4 only and is a hard delete: linked Storage files/PDFs are removed before the Firestore record is deleted.
